We want you to have complete confidence in us and complete satisfaction with our product and so we commit to NOT charging the card you use for payment before the product has been shipped from our offices.
As with any quality product, our e-cigarettes go through a rigorous testing process to ensure that only perfect EZEE e-cigarettes are sent to you as a customer. We recognise though, that no one is infallible and occasionally a product that is not perfect may make its way into the hands of the customers we value so dearly. So if you, contrary to expectations receive an EZEE e-cigarette that is not up to standard, please let us know and we’ll immediately exchange it without any further expense to you.
