Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK where Ezee products Ltd is registered. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.
Ezee products Ltd will not sell our products to minors. Ezee products Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Shipping, Availibility, Refunds and Returns
Free postage & packaging for products are only available for BFPO. Customers in European & International locations will incur additional shipping costs. Standard delivery for orders below £39.95 is £2.79. Delivery is with Royal Mail normally within 3-5 working days. Express Delivery is either with UPS or DHL shipped with next day delivery.
If you want to return your order, please contact us beforehand.
Ezee products Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
The purchase of products from Ezee products Ltd is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission.
The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Ezee products Ltd and the customer hereby submit.
To the extent allowed by the law, Ezee products Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:
• for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
• for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Ezee products Ltd or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards. Your payment will only be withdrawn once the item(s) has been shipped.
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by Ezee products Ltd without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.
Non-personal information collected automatically – Ezee products Ltd is committed to the protection of the privacy of its web site visitors. Please note that we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties working on our behalf, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

User name and password - this is so we can keep your information safe and so that we can have your information to hand each time you visit us.
Name, address and postcode - without this we won't know where to send your order or to whom. We also use postcodes to quickly get your full address to save you typing it out, and in some cases to identify whether we deliver or offer services in your area.
Age / date of birth – we operate a strict over 18 only policy on our sites and we may need to verify that you are eligible to purchase goods from us.

Payment card number, expiry date, issue no and name of card holder – when you purchase a product or service we need these details so we can collect payment in the same way as when we take payment in a store via chip and pin. We do not store any card data.
Ezee products Ltd will on its own initiative, or at your request, replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or out-dated personal data retained by Ezee products Ltd in connection with the operation of this Site.

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complain about the products that have defects or deficiencies in the purchase and receipt. This right is valid for 2 years, but only covers material and defects in the manufacture. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the error is not due to errors in the use of the product or anything else that could have damaged the product. However, it is noted that batteries as well as filters are consumables and wearing parts that can not be expected to last for 2 years. Therefore, these are not covered by the warranty.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our goods, provided that the item is unused and the packaging is unbroken. The deadline is calculated from the day you receive the item.
Our payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We do not store any card data.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Time of Order
Orders received by us before 12 noon (GMT) during working days will normally be dispatched within 12 hours but please allow 2-5 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Ezee products Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Ezee products Ltd has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.

(it will be worth searching online if you don’t recognise the name at first), you'll need to contact us directly in order to notify us you haven't transacted with us, and to inform us someone may have used your details fraudulently. We have a department set up to deal with this type of query.

GBG plc offers an electronic identity verification service, URU™ or ID3global, to organisations who wish to verify the identity of individuals as part of a consumer registration process.
The service is encrypted, so GBG have no visibility of the data their business customers input or the response they receive.
It is important to note that GBG is not a Credit Reference Agency. Their business customers complete an ID check that does access information held by Credit Reference Agencies such as Experian and Equifax. This check will not impact on your credit rating.
The service that GBG provides relates to Identity checking only – they do not create manage or check any flags against debit cards.
