• Minimum 10% cash payment per order (e.g., card/PayPal) is required. This ensures the normal payment flowand any necessary identity/age checks. A €0 order could bypass these steps and create compliance/legal risks.

• Points validity: points expire 12 months after they are granted.

• Program termination: the loyalty program may be ended at any time. Points already earned remain usable until their expiry date, as long as they are still valid.
